Here is a complete guide to the bonus and special stages in Vampire Survivors.

This article covers the unlock conditions for special stages like Whiteout, Bat Country, and Space 54, as well as how to find the specific Relics, new weapons, and secret characters hidden in each map.

List of Stage Unlock Conditions

Here are the unlock conditions for each stage:

Whiteout: Collect 20 Orologions.
Coop: Find a total of 500 Floor Chickens.
West Wood: Find a total of 23 Clovers.
Laborratory: Collect 33 Rosaries.
Carlo Cart: Summon the train in Laborratory and deal 25,120 damage to enemies.
Bat Country: Reach Level 80 in Inverse Mad Forest.
Mazzarella: Reach Level 80 in Inverse Dairy Plant.
Astral Stair: Reach Level 80 in Inverse Inlaid Library.
Tiny Bridge: Reach Level 80 in Inverse Gallo Tower.
Space 54: Collect 5 Gold Fingers in Astral Stair.
Room 1665: Type forbiddenbox in the Secrets menu.

Whiteout

Unlock Condition: Collect 20 Orologions.
Relic "Antidote": Located towards the bottom of the map. Adds "Defang" to the PowerUp screen, granting a chance to nullify damage taken from enemies.
Weapon "Glass Fandango": Located north of the starting point. Evolves into "Celestial Voulge" when maxed out alongside max Wings.
Character "She-Moon Eeta": Survive for 20 minutes.
Tips: Enemies here are weak to fire, so weapons like the Fire Wand are highly effective.

Coop

Unlock Condition: Find a total of 500 Floor Chickens.
Relic "Roast Chicken with a Clock": Allows you to change the game speed to 2x or 3x using the R1 button. An incredibly convenient feature!
Passive "Parmigiano": Slightly increases your invincibility frames after taking damage.
Weapon "Gaia's Gaze": Reward for the secret "Defeat 0 enemies." To get it, simply avoid attacking any chickens and wait a while after the stage starts. Evolves into "Gaia's Embrace" when maxed out alongside Parmigiano.
Character "Gazebo": Survive for 20 minutes.

West Wood

Unlock Condition: Find a total of 23 Clovers.
Relic "Masquerade": Unlocks "Party Mode" on the stage selection screen (a highly chaotic mode where you can form a party with your favorite characters).
Weapon "Magistone": Evolves into "Chiara Stone" when maxed out alongside "Karoma's Mana".
Passive "Karoma's Mana": The item needed to evolve Magistone into Chiara Stone.
Character "Chula Riha": Survive for 20 minutes.
Character "Selectino": Reward for the secret "Spend the after-party with a foolish gambler." With Masquerade and Chula Riha already unlocked, go to West Wood and select the new "Let's book!!" option in the clown's roulette (costs 49,999 coins).

Laborratory

Unlock Condition: Collect 33 Rosaries.
Passive "Arma Dio": Enter a door and touch the lever inside. There is a chance it will drop this item, which lets you choose any passive you want.
Weapon "Santa Javelin": Found inside a room on this stage, or as Santa Ladonna's starting weapon. Evolves into "Seraphic Cry" when maxed out alongside Clover.
Character "Santa Ladonna": Survive for 20 minutes.
Carlo Cart Unlock: Summon the train using the lever on the southern tracks of Laborratory and deal a total of 25,120 damage to enemies to unlock the new "Carlo Cart" stage.

Carlo Cart

Unlock Condition: Summon the train in Laborratory and deal 25,120 damage to enemies.
Character "Gyoruntin": Reward for the secret "Prioritize sightseeing in Carlo Cart and let go of victory." Head left from the starting point for a while until you find a coffin. Defeat all the light-blue dragons surrounding it, then investigate the coffin.

Bat Country

Unlock Condition: Reach Level 80 in Inverse Mad Forest.
Relic "Apoplexy": Appears at the 9-minute mark. Adds a Charm to the PowerUp screen that allows you to increase enemy spawn rates.
Relic "Chaos Malachite": Appears at the 18-minute mark. Allows Mortaccio to evolve at Level 80.
Weapon "Pako Battiliar": Defeat a total of 161,616 bats (you can check your progress from the Unlocks menu).
Character "Bat Robbert": Evolve Pako Battiliar into "Mazzo Familia" by maxing it out alongside Hollow Heart.
Character "Bat": Reward for the secret "It's as simple as ABC: obtain the ring of rings" With Apoplexy and Chaos Malachite already unlocked, go to Bat Country and pick up 9 Gold Rings on the east side of the map. You apparently don't need to do anything with the ABC markings at the "?".

Mazzarella

Unlock Condition: Reach Level 80 in Inverse Dairy Plant.
Relic "Waxen Idol": Follow the character holding the yellow-green relic from the starting point. It allows you to sustain PowerUps from the PowerUp screen.
Relic "Chaos Lazulia": Follow the character holding the blue relic from the starting point. Allows Bianca Ramba to evolve at Level 80.
Character "Torino": Reward for the secret "Witness the 17th giant wandering the new horizon."

Head straight north to the very top of the map from the start, where you will find a giant.
Attack the giant until it starts moving, then stop attacking and retreat to a safe distance just out of sight.
Follow the giant closely from behind as it walks downward.
Once the giant reaches the southernmost edge of the map, the character unlock jingle will play.

Note: If you deal too much damage to the giant, it will become hostile and disappear, so back off as soon as it starts moving. Bringing a weapon with a small attack radius is highly recommended.

Astral Stair

Unlock Condition: Reach Level 80 in Inverse Inlaid Library.
Relic "Astral Stair Map": Enables you to see a detailed map of the stage.
Relic "Trisection": Allows you to toggle Random Events on the stage selection screen (similar to the roulette in West Wood).
Relic "Chaos Rosalia": Allows Yatta Cavallo to evolve at Level 30.
Gold Finger: Finding 5 of these unlocks the "Space 54" stage.
Character "Rose De Infernas": Reward for the secret "Her royal shadow lies behind the 46th door." Walk through the doors a total of 46 times, and you'll be teleported to a coffin room. Investigate the coffin (this is cumulative across multiple runs, so it doesn't need to be done in a single session).
Tips: The layout can be confusing at first, but once you drop into the area, you can move to the right-side room via the spade-shaped door.

Tiny Bridge

Unlock Condition: Reach Level 80 in Inverse Gallo Tower.
Relic "Chaos Altemanna": Located to the west of the starting point. Allows O'Sole Meeo to evolve at Level 80.
Character "Scorej-Oni": Reward for the secret "Discover the source of the roaring thunder on the Tiny Bridge." Head right, past the Attractorb, and keep going for about 3 to 5 minutes until a blue oni boss appears, then defeat it.

Space 54

Unlock Condition: Collect 5 Gold Fingers in Astral Stair.
Relic "Brave Story": Appears on the map at the 18-minute mark. Allows you to toggle Random Level Up choices on the stage selection screen (it automatically selects random weapons/items upon leveling up, which is a bit polarizing).
Weapon "Phaser": Evolves into "Photostorm" when maxed out alongside Empty Tome.
Character "Space Dude": Survive for 20 minutes.
Character "Space Det": Reward for the secret "Quickly break the boundaries of space and find love."

From the starting point, head right along the landmass and follow the checkered path.
Once you reach the brightly lit wide area, walk straight down from the center to enter outer space.

Keep heading straight down until you find a heart on a small island, and pick it up.

Note: Anyone can freely enter outer space after 11 minutes have passed, but Gyoruntin can go out into space from the very beginning.

Room 1665

Unlock Condition: Type forbiddenbox in the Secrets menu (this forces a run with your most recently used character, after which the stage becomes permanently selectable).
Relic "Darkasso": Head straight down from the start to find it. This unlocks the "Darkanas" (inverse Arcanas) system.
